About
Independent cash readers for busy CFO teams
IntelliNetS exists so finance leaders can put an outside set of eyes on liquidity before the board asks harder questions.
Origin
The practice began in Yongkang after repeated requests from controllers who had clean statutory audits yet still faced unexpected cash crunches. The gap was not the annual statements — it was the weekly and quarterly reading of cash.
We stayed deliberately small: engagement leads who still open the ledgers themselves, not a layered review factory. Taiwan’s manufacturing and trading mid-market remains our core, with remote support for groups that share a controller across entities.
How we work with clients
We ask for named owners inside your finance team. Documents arrive on a schedule; findings are severity-ranked; memos use plain language directors can follow without a glossary. We will not invent a cash bridge when source records are missing — the engagement pauses until the pack is complete.
What we value
- Evidence over optimism in every forecast line
- Board-ready writing without ornamental charts
- Respect for the controller’s calendar during close
- Clear boundaries: we do not replace your statutory auditor or treasury desk
Credentials that matter here
Engagement leads bring controller and FP&A backgrounds from manufacturing and distribution. We are not a CPA firm issuing statutory opinions. When a finding touches tax or legal disclosure, we flag it for your counsel rather than stretching our mandate.
