Fees
How engagements are priced
Fees follow entity count, record quality, and calendar pressure — not a software-style plan. Starting figures below are guidance before a scoping call.
| Engagement | Starting basis | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Cash-Flow Audit Engagement | From NT$180,000 fixed | Single entity, complete pack, three to five weeks |
| Working Capital Diagnostic | From NT$95,000 per entity | AR/AP/inventory focus; 10–14 business days |
| Quarterly Cash Review | From NT$45,000 per quarter | Retainer; assumes an existing 13-week model |
| Board Cash Memo Preparation | From NT$60,000 per board cycle | One revision round included |
What moves the fee
Entity count
Additional legal entities with separate banks and ledgers add reconstruction time.
Record quality
Incomplete reconciliations or undocumented intercompany cash extend field review.
Calendar pressure
Board dates inside two weeks may require compressed staffing and a rush premium.
On-site days
Travel beyond the Tainan area is quoted separately when a visit is requested.
Payment rhythm
Fixed engagements typically invoice 40% on kickoff and the balance on memo delivery. Quarterly retainers invoice at the start of each review window. Deposits are described in our refund policy.
These figures are informational. Final quotes follow a scoping call once we understand your pack and decision date.
