Intellectual property

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IntelliNetS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. For contracted engagements, liability terms appear in the engagement letter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any different forum stated in a signed engagement letter.
